Charming building, big rooms. Restaurant/bar with local ambiance. Good breakfast, exceeds expectations

For us it was ideal.

Location and I thought price - but it turned out differently (so far)

That nobody was there when we arrived. Check in time was 15:00 to 22:00. But apparently reception had closed at 12:00. We arrived at 22:00 and had troubles getting in and finding a room. Foretuntely there was a sign giving a phone number to a hotel hundreds of miles away. The receptionist there did not know about our booking but gave us a code to get in and helped us finding aroom. The next morning we were informed that had not gotten our reservation. And finally the room costed more than we had book it for. They threadened to call the police if we did not pay. So we did that and decided to claim the difference from you later. How do we do that??

I loved the location! The hotel was situated in the heart of a classic Swedish town, surrounded by the third largest lake in Europe. It was easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants from here.
